Through the Pay Online service you can:
- Make the payment of a Notice you have received
- Make a spontaneous payment
- Generate a Payment Notice
- Print a receipt for a payment already made.
You can request payment installments, send inquiries, and receive responses regarding your account.
The Debt Collection service assists taxpayers in regularizing their tax positions (unpaid fines and taxes, and other debts owed to the Public Administration) through fair and transparent procedures.
Through the services offered on the Taxpayer Portal, you can settle your position using the various available options, preventing, where possible, more drastic measures such as garnishments and legal proceedings.
To allow us to provide assistance tailored to your needs, please follow a few simple steps. Start by selecting one of the services listed below and make sure to provide all the required information regarding your outstanding debt, so our team can analyze your request. You will be able to track the progress of your case directly online.
Here you can make a payment for your outstanding balance; alternatively, you can request an installment plan, renegotiate a payment, or report reasons for modification, suspension, or cancellation.
If the services listed below do not meet your needs, you can open a Report using the “Open a Report” button at the top right.

It is possible to request monthly instalment payments for one or more documents that contain items from the same Authority.
It is not possible to pay in instalments amounts of less than €100.
If necessary, additional documentation will be requested in order to grant the instalment plan.
Once your instalment request has been successfully verified, you will receive an email from the Taxpayer Portal with a link to download the Instalment Plan.
It is possible to request a modification of the payment terms of a document, if the conditions are met and in the presence of objective financial hardship.

APPLICATION FOR SUSPENSION – Payment prior to the formation of the roll (Law no. 228/2012)
It is possible to request the SUSPENSION of enforcement procedures if the applicant has documentation proving the total or partial payment of the claim to the Authority.
APPLICATION FOR SUSPENSION – Cancellation of claim prior to the formation of the roll (Law no. 228/2012)
It is possible to request the SUSPENSION of enforcement procedures if the applicant has documentation proving the suspension and/or cancellation, in whole or in part, of the claim.
APPLICATION FOR REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE STOP ORDER – Vehicle used for transporting persons with disabilities
It is possible to request the cancellation of the administrative stop order in the case of a vehicle intended for the use of a PERSON WITH DISABILITIES.
APPLICATION FOR REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE STOP ORDER – Work equipment
It is possible to request the cancellation of the administrative stop order if the vehicle is used by the applicant to carry out a business or professional activity.
Fill in the online form to submit reports. Once the form is completed, you will receive an email from the Taxpayer Portal containing a link where you can view the responses and communicate with us for further details.
