    What is it

    Advertising and Billposting are part of the Single Property Fee (Law 160/2019 – unification of advertising tax/CIMP, public billposting fees, public land occupation tax/COSAP, and the fee referred to in Article 27 paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Highway Code), which regulates the service of granting, authorizing, and displaying advertising through private means or municipal billposting facilities by companies, authorities, professionals, associations, and private individuals who intend to promote products, services, events, or initiatives.

    The specific application methods are defined by the regulations of the Authorities (Municipalities and Provinces), which establish the procedures for issuing authorizations and concessions, the methods for applying the fee, and determining the related tariffs.

    To proceed with an advertising display, it is necessary to obtain prior authorization from the Municipality/Province where it is to be carried out. For further details and verifications, it is recommended to consult the relevant Regulation.

    Here you can make payments of the amounts due, submit requests for new advertising media, their modification or termination, requests for poster billposting on municipal installations, and more.

    Pay online

    Through the Pay Online service you can:
    - Make the payment of a Notice you have received
    - Make a spontaneous payment
    - Generate a Payment Notice
    - Print a receipt for a payment already made.

    View your records and documents

    Access the reserved area of the Taxpayer Portal to view your records.

    Update your personal data

    Access the reserved area of the Taxpayer Portal to update your contact phone number or email.

    Declare a new eligible advertising medium

    Fill out the form to report a new advertising display that is eligible for declaration under the current Patrimonial Fee Regulation.
    Remember that if you access the reserved area via SPID, you can use all the features of the Taxpayer Portal, such as accessing your records.
    Attention, the request does not replace the authorization where required.

    Change/Termination of Advertising Medium

    Fill out the form to modify an advertising message or to discontinue an advertising medium.
    Attention, if the advertising medium has a valid authorization, remember to notify the competent authority of the renunciation of the title.
    Please note that the discontinued advertising medium must be removed by the owner/exhibitor.
    Remember that if you access the reserved area via SPID, you can use all the functions of the Taxpayer Portal, such as accessing your personal position.
    Attention, the request does not replace the authorization where required.

    Bill Posting

    Fill out the form to request the posting of posters, indicating the format, period, and the relevant Municipalities.

    To complete the request, fill in all the required fields, specifying the details of the posters and the Municipalities where the posting is requested.
    You must also attach a copy of the graphic material to be posted and, if required, any authorisations or supporting documents.
    Some fields are mandatory and marked with an asterisk (*).
    Once submitted, the form will be reviewed by the competent operators, who will check the accuracy of the data and the attached documentation before proceeding with the posting procedure.

    Once your posting request is verified, you will receive an email from the Taxpayer Portal with a link to download the PagoPA for the payment.

    Installment a payment

    It is possible to request monthly instalment payments for one or more documents that contain items from the same Authority.
    It is not possible to pay in instalments amounts of less than €100.
    If necessary, additional documentation will be requested in order to grant the instalment plan.

    Once your instalment request has been successfully verified, you will receive an email from the Taxpayer Portal with a link to download the Instalment Plan.

    Report

    Fill in the online form to submit reports. Once the form is completed, you will receive an email from the Taxpayer Portal containing a link where you can view the responses and communicate with us for further details.
