    Bill Posting

    Fill out the form to request the posting of posters, indicating the format, period, and the relevant Municipalities.

    To complete the request, fill in all the required fields, specifying the details of the posters and the Municipalities where the posting is requested.
    You must also attach a copy of the graphic material to be posted and, if required, any authorisations or supporting documents.
    Some fields are mandatory and marked with an asterisk (*).
    Once submitted, the form will be reviewed by the competent operators, who will check the accuracy of the data and the attached documentation before proceeding with the posting procedure.

    Once your posting request is verified, you will receive an email from the Taxpayer Portal with a link to download the PagoPA for the payment.

    Change/Termination of Advertising Medium

    Fill out the form to modify an advertising message or to discontinue an advertising medium.
    Attention, if the advertising medium has a valid authorization, remember to notify the competent authority of the renunciation of the title.
    Please note that the discontinued advertising medium must be removed by the owner/exhibitor.
    Remember that if you access the reserved area via SPID, you can use all the functions of the Taxpayer Portal, such as accessing your personal position.
    Attention, the request does not replace the authorization where required.

    Declare a new eligible advertising medium

    Fill out the form to report a new advertising display that is eligible for declaration under the current Patrimonial Fee Regulation.
    Remember that if you access the reserved area via SPID, you can use all the features of the Taxpayer Portal, such as accessing your records.

    Installment a payment

    It is possible to request monthly instalment payments for one or more documents that contain items from the same Authority.
    It is not possible to pay in instalments amounts of less than €100.
    If necessary, additional documentation will be requested in order to grant the instalment plan.

    Once your instalment request has been successfully verified, you will receive an email from the Taxpayer Portal with a link to download the Instalment Plan.

    Out-of-court third-party declaration

    Complete the out-of-court third-party declaration that has been delivered to you.
    You received this Out-of-Court Declaration document because, according to the data in the Tax Registry (the national archive that collects tax information), there appears to be a legal relationship between you and one of our taxpayers (for example, an employment contract, a rental agreement, etc.).
    If, through completing the declaration, you confirm that this relationship is still in place, you will subsequently receive a garnishment order. That document will indicate the amounts to be withheld from the credit owed to your employee/creditor (for example, from their salary) and the procedures you must follow to make the payments in order to settle your creditor’s debt.

    Parking Subscription

    Soon the Taxpayer Portal will also provide the possibility to request parking subscriptions online for Municipalities managed by Abaco.

    To view and download the currently available forms for passes and subscriptions, consult the Documentation and Forms section of the Portal by entering the relevant Authority and selecting "Parking and Mobility" as the Thematic Area.

    Posters

    Fill out the form to place posters inside privately owned establishments open to the public (for example shops, bars, pharmacies, etc.), with the consent of the business owner, or in spaces provided by the Municipality (for example dedicated notice boards).
    To correctly complete the request, fill in all the required fields, specifying the details of the posters to be displayed and the Municipalities involved.
    It is necessary to attach a copy of the graphic material to be displayed if you intend to benefit from any reductions or exemptions, since failure to provide the draft may prevent their application. If required, any authorizations or additional supporting documents must also be attached.
    Some fields are mandatory and marked with an asterisk (*). Once submitted, the form will be reviewed by the competent operators, who will verify the accuracy of the data and the attachments.
    Once your request for posters has been verified, you will receive an email from the Portale del Contribuente with a link to download the PagoPA to make the payment.
    Please note that posters must be stamped at the office before being placed.

    It is possible to request the SUSPENSION of enforcement procedures if the applicant has documentation proving the suspension and/or cancellation, in whole or in part, of the claim.

    APPLICATION FOR REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE STOP ORDER – Vehicle used for transporting persons with disabilities
    It is possible to request the cancellation of the administrative stop order in the case of a vehicle intended for the use of a PERSON WITH DISABILITIES.

    APPLICATION FOR REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE STOP ORDER – Work equipment
    It is possible to request the cancellation of the administrative stop order if the vehicle is used by the applicant to carry out a business or professional activity.
