You may indicate a maximum of 3 Delegates; any pre-existing Delegates will be disabled.​

Once submitted, the form will be reviewed by the competent operators, who will verify the correctness of the data and the attached documentation before proceeding with the process.​ ​

You will receive notifications from the Taxpayer Portal when the request is submitted and when a subsequent response is provided: keep these emails, as they contain a link that will allow you to communicate with us.
