Select the Municipality or Authority for which you need assistance and then choose the Thematic Area you are interested in.

Please note that through the Taxpayer Portal you can conveniently submit online reports without the need to visit a physical location, and your request will be handled by a specialized operator.

Alternatively, through the Online Desk you can book a telephone or remote appointment with a specialized operator in the area of your interest. You will be contacted at your preferred time and receive all the information you need, conveniently and comfortably from the place you choose.
